Assessment Due Dates:
January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.
 
Assessment Late Date:
After 5pm on the 1st, a late fee of $25 + 1.5% interest can be applied.
 
Master Assessment Rate - 2026:
$210 - This applies to all units in Emory Crossing.
 
Townhome Service Area Assessment Rate:
$345 - This is an additional assessment. It covers front lawn service (only mowing and edging). The alleyways, entire roof (at life of roof), and complete exterior paint are also covered with this assessment under certain conditions. 
 
*insurable claims are typically not covered by the Association, however the Association can assist with scheduling with all unit owners. Please make sure you have the appropriate insurance to cover your entire unit.
 
Condominium Assessment:
$60 - This assessment mostly covers the alleyways, condo insurance, and the retaining wall in Phase 1.

Create Your Account
Visit buurt.ccmcnet.com and click the gray Sign Up button under the email and password fields, or select “Don’t have one yet? Sign Up,” located below the login options. If you don't have an email on file with the association, include your account number and property address when registering. Your account number is listed on your assessment statement.
 
Complete the short form and click "Create Account," or choose "Continue with Google" if your association account is linked to Gmail.
Pay and View Balance
This new portal allows you to set up single sign-on (SSO) with Western Alliance Bank (also known as Alliance Association Bank or AAB). With SSO, you can easily view your account balance and pay your assessment using a single account.

View Current Compliance
The portal will also allow you to view any current compliance issues and information associated with the issue. Access the how-to guide below for detailed instructions on accessing your compliance details within the portal.
Access Community Documents
In the documents section of the portal, you can view all private, member-only documents for the association, including governing documents, financial reports, and meeting minutes.

Mail Your Payment or Private Banking
If mailing your assessment or using private bill pay, please allow time for the mail service to reach Nevada. Your account number and Association ID must be on the check. Do not mail multiple checks in one envelope. 
 
Private bill pay note: Many bill payment services remit electronically, and the correct account number is essential for proper posting. If your assessment has changed, you must also update your account information with your 
financial institution.

This payment will need to be made separately.
 
CCMC mails out paper statements to the most recent billing address we have on file the month prior to the assessment due date. Please be sure to contact your Community Manager if you have a change in address so that your account can be kept current. CCMC also offers the option to sign up for eStatements, in which a copy of your statement will be emailed to the email address you provide instead of sending a paper copy via USPS.
